First of all, let us pray for the victims. For those who died in Tugu Tani, rest in peace. May God bless youu this is an event that took place yesterday. A woman driving her car and hit a pedestrian. A total of 9 people died in the incident.Upon investigation it turns out the woman is in a drunken condition and positively take a drugs. Not only that, she was also driving a car with no any license (oh my God!!). Recently there was a very sad event. A car crashed into a dozen people to 9 people died and the rest wounded. The driver of a black Daihatsu Xenia police numbered XI B 2479 that crashed into pedestrians on the road eight Ridwan Rais, Central Jakarta, the initials U.S., 29-year-old woman. When checked, the U.S. could not show a driver's license and vehicle registration showing only on behalf of others. Police are still explore the cause of the accident. Eyewitnesses at the scene, Suwarto (40), suspected drunk driver while driving a vehicle. Invisible But then Police Commissioner Jakpus Gimo Husodo estimate the cause of the accident is a car that brakes do not work properly.Information obtained to mention, before crashing, cars speeding from the direction towards the Monument Farmers Gambier. When on location, the driver was surprised to see someone about to cross. He can not put the brakes because the brake was not functioning.
The driver then swerved toward the sidewalk. Direct car rolled and hit a pedestrian. Eight people were killed in the incident. We can see, the effect of such measures could eliminate nine lives, injuring many people, convicted criminal and civil, embarrass and damage the image of the family, and many others. So...the lessons learned from the tragedy are cautious and focused when driving, stay away from drinking and the most important thing is to Say No to Drugs. Disposable Drugs, our lives will be destroyed and can be very difficult to fix our lives.

POLICE SAY CAR USED IN HORROR TUGU TANI CRASH MIGHT HAVE BEEN STOLEN
Police probing Sunday’s horrific traffic accident that left nine pedestrians dead have widened their investigation to the ownership of the car involved and have raised the possibility that the driver may have stolen it. Adj. Sr. Comr. Sudarmanto, head of enforcement for the Jakarta Police’s traffic directorate, said the driver of the vehicle, Afriani Susanti, 29, had been found without a driver’s license or a valid vehicle registration and only a photocopy of an expired registration document. He said the photocopy identified the owner as Deden Riohendi, a resident of Cipinang in East Jakarta. “But after we checked with him, it turned out that he had sold the car in 2009,” Sudarmanto said. A check of the police’s vehicle database showed it had been sold to a Buniarti Kosim, a resident of Kelapa Gading in North Jakarta. Sudarmanto added that police questioned Buniarti on Thursday but were still unable to link the owner to Afriani, who remains in police custody along with the car’s three other occupants at the time of the accident. The policeman said Afriani claimed to have been lent the car through a friend, identified only by the initial E. “But again, we can’t find a link between E. and [Buniarti] or [Deden],” he said. He added that at this point, police were not ruling out the possibility that the car had been stolen from Buniarti. Afriani faces charges of manslaughter and drug use. A urine test conducted by police showed up positive for ecstasy, and the result was corroborated in a subsequent blood test by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN).
The three passengers have also been detained on drug charges.
The four were headed home from the Stadium nightclub in West Jakarta shortly before noon on Sunday when Afriani swerved into the curb and mowed down a group of pedestrians, killing nine of them. In her first public statement since the incident, Afriani apologized to the families of the victims in a letter read out by her sister, Ayudyah Safitri, at a news conference on Wednesday night.
In it, she “apologized for everything,” saying that “maybe my apology means nothing. But, please let me say, ‘sorry, sorry, sorry’ ....” The driver’s brother, Agus Hari Susanto, also revealed that the family had been attempting to contact the families of the deceased and injured to offer them compensation.Police, however, have recommended against the move, warning the family that it still remained too dangerous for them to do so at this time.
